２０２０年夏季五輪の招致をめざす東京都の招致委員会は８日、国際オリンピック委員会（ＩＯＣ）に提出した開催計画（立候補ファイル）を公表した。競技会場を都心に集中する「コンパクト五輪」を掲げた。９月の開催地決定に向け、招致活動が本格化する。
